The Strimmeo platform, including its design, features, functionality, code, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Strimmeo and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

  • Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court

Repeat Infringer Policy

Strimmeo will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright. We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.

Fair Use and Transformative Content

We recognize that some uses of copyrighted material may constitute fair use under copyright law. Fair use is a legal doctrine that permits limited use of copyrighted material without permission for purposes such as:

  • Commentary and criticism
  • Parody and satire
  • News reporting
  • Educational purposes
  • Transformative works

However, fair use is determined on a case-by-case basis. We encourage users to seek legal advice if they are uncertain about whether their use qualifies as fair use.

AI-Generated Content and Copyright

Special considerations apply to AI-generated content:

Original AI Creations

AI creators retain rights to original content they generate using AI tools. The copyright status of AI-generated works may vary by jurisdiction.

Training Data

Users must ensure that any AI models or training data they use comply with applicable copyright laws and do not infringe on third-party rights.

Disclosure

Creators should clearly disclose when content is AI-generated and respect any licensing requirements of the AI tools they use.
